Clubhouse Application Requires adobe reader. The form is a fill in form fill out all portions of the application print and bring to city hall.

The City of Lincolnton provides water services to its residents and businesses. The bills are sent out during the first of the month and are due by the 10th of month. Any water bill not paid by the 25th of the month will be subject to a disconnect and the individual or business will be required to pay a re-connection fee + the original water bill and late fee associated with it. If you wish to get water turned on, please come to city hall and bring your drivers license or other approved picture ID, street address of the location and a deposit of $50.00
